Laggy browser source animation when being in an active gaming window under Windows 11! :( Tried it with Hogwarts and RE 4 Remake. Source is streamelements alerts, which work fine in OBS and browser window. Works flawless too if no game is behind. Game mode is activated, newest drivers, even tried to run as administrator. As soon as I leave the active gaming window, the animation gets fluid again without lags.

Can you try using a borderless fullscreen mode (sometimes called borderless window) and see if that helps?

I noticed a similar behaviour on the program Stream Avatars, which too is just a 2d app. I think Windows has an issue with regulating the priorities when a game is in foreground. But I gonna test it!
