This repo hasn't been updated in a few years. You can install it, but it's probably not going to be a good experience without a lot of work to update it.

If you want to install it though, you'll need NPM and Composer. It's a PHP app, so you can run it in an Apache server. You'll also need to start the PubSub server separately.
